Our Customer FAQ
-
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 5 containers. However, we can accommodate smaller orders upon request. Please note that lower volumes may result in higher shipping costs and customs clearance process cost.
-
Do you provide product samples?
No. Lentils are a bulk agricultural commodity, so an initial sample can only serve as a general reference and cannot guarantee the quality of the final shipment.
The reliable method is a third-party inspection of the actual cargo based on Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) grading standards. This is the standard practice accepted by both suppliers and buyers.
-
Do you accept Letter of Credit (L/C)?
We can work with the following L/C structure:
100% Irrevocable L/C at Sight, confirmed and issued by one of the top 3 banks in Canada. To evaluate the transaction with our banking department, we ask buyers to provide:
- A copy of the latest L/C successfully used with a supplier.
- A draft L/C format for the current transaction
If there is any confidential information on the previous L/C, you are welcome to remove or redact the names, account details, and any sensitive commercial information before sharing it with us.
